Important health & safety guidelines at The Reser

This page will be updated with current audience health and safety policy changes as they arise.

    UPDATED April 15, 2022

The safety of our patrons, artists, staff, and volunteers continues to be important to us. Beginning April 15, 2022, requirements for entry will be determined by performance. Please check individual event pages for mask and vaccine requirements.

Unless noted on the event page –

All patrons, regardless of age, are required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend events until further notice.

For Reser Presents events – all patrons, regardless of age, are required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend events until further notice.

The Reser strongly recommends but does not require guests to wear masks in our building or when attending Reser Presents performances. While we lifted the mask requirement for our building – patrons should check the requirements for each show and presenter closely before attending an event.

    VACCINE REQUIREMENT

For Reser Presents events The Reser will require upon entry to the venue for all patrons, regardless of age, proof of full vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test, to attend concerts and events.

Full vaccination is defined as completion of the two-dose regimen of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine administered two weeks or more in advance of the concert or event.

Proof of Vaccination: Patrons must bring an electronic, photo, or paper copy of their full vaccination card with them to the concert.

COVID-19 Negative Test Result: Patrons must bring an electronic, photo, or paper copy of a negative COVID-19 test result. Please note that test result documentation must be directly from the healthcare provider that performed the test. At-home tests are not accepted.

A negative COVID-19 PCR test must be taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours of the performance start time. At-home tests are not accepted.

Those under 18 years of age must provide a negative test result or proof of vaccination.

Children not yet eligible for vaccination must provide a negative test result. A negative COVID-19 PCR test must be taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours of the performance start time

If You Are Ill, Stay Home

We ask that you please stay home if you are sick or exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 10 days, or if you are subject to a quarantine or isolation order. For ticket exchange options, please contact the Box Office at (971) 501-7722 or email boxoffice@thereser.org.

    LIABILITY WAIVER

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your attendance at our performances. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from Coronavirus. Patrons should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. People who are asymptomatic can still spread Coronavirus if they are infected. Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to Coronavirus. By coming to the performance, you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent COVID-19 risks associated with attendance. Some images shown throughout this website do not represent current operational guidelines or health and safety measures such as face-covering and physical distancing requirements. By proceeding to purchase tickets, you are accepting the terms laid out in the Liability Waiver and The Reser’s COVID guidelines.

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

In alignment with the Washington County Department of Public Health’s guidelines, The Reser has implemented the following policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for our audiences, artists, and staff.

    • Improved indoor air quality

The Reser has improved air circulation and filtration across all spaces. We have a robust HVAC system, complete with MERV 14 filters. The building is flushed with outside air 8 times per hour and two hours prior to and after each performance.

    • Reduced Contact Experience

The safety of our patrons, artists, and staff is of utmost importance. During the construction of the facility, changes were made to improve safety for all visitors, including improved air filtration and exchange, and touchless restroom doors. Digital tickets may be scanned directly from your mobile device. Restrooms have touchless fixtures. Program books to select performances will be available in both print and digital formats.

    • Hand Sanitizing Stations

Hand sanitizing stations are positioned throughout The Reser.

    • Enhanced Cleaning Measures

We have developed and implemented an enhanced cleaning program using EPA-approved COVID-19 disinfectants, with expedient cleaning of the entire campus.
