Charlie Chaplin’s The Kid

Cinema history comes to life with Charlie Chaplin’s The Kid, a presentation from The Reser and the Oregon Symphony. “The Kid”, Chaplin’s first full-length movie, follows the story of a man and the abandoned baby he unwillingly takes in, but comes to love. As the story plays out on screen, the orchestra will play the soundtrack Chaplin composed to accompany this pioneering 1921 film. Grab your popcorn and settle in for this classic silent film experience.
