We strive to offer accessibility services and programs for all patrons. The Mainstage Theater is wheelchair and walker accessible.
PARKING – Accessible parking spaces are available for vehicles displaying valid, state-issued disability parking placards or license plates. ADA spaces can be found on the 2nd floor of the Beaverton Central Garage, on each level next to the elevators in The Round garage and in surface lots in Beaverton Central. ADA spaces are still subject to parking fees and time limitations posted at the subject locations.
ENTRANCES – Curb cuts can be found at all intersections in The Round as well as leading into The Reser. Touch free doors can be found at our front doors. Curbside drop-off zones are located in front of each building to allow patrons easy access to the main entrance.

Accessible drinking fountains and bottle refill stations are located near the restrooms on both floors. Elevators to the Balcony and to our Quiet Room are available for patron’s use.

The Box Office has an accessible counter to serve patrons. Inside the theater, there are 12 seats in the Orchestra level and 8 seats in the Balcony level with ADA accommodations. Additionally, there are 5 seats in the Orchestra and 1 seat in the Balcony that give the patron the option to transfer to a fixed theater seat. All these seats can be purchased independently online and through the assistance of the Box Office either by phone, email, or in person.
Usher guided assistance to and from their seat is available upon request.
Assistive Listening Devices are available, free of charge, at the Box Office. These devices amplify the actors and enhance the words spoken on stage. Patrons must give identification as a deposit. Headphones are given with the device; however, patrons may bring their own compatible headsets or use their hearing aids to connect to the system.
Sign language interpreters are available for some productions. Please see below for a listing of the upcoming performances with certified American Sign Language interpreters.

The Reser partners with KultureCity to ensure that our hosted programming, events, and performances strive to be sensory inclusive. To improve the experience of any guest who would like one, we have sensory kits available at the Box Office which can be checked out for the duration of your visit. The kits contain noise-reducing headphones, small fidget tools, a communication card to assist with non-verbal communication, and an identification lanyard. Our Quiet Room is available for use for any patrons who are overstimulated or overwhelmed. If the quiet room is occupied, we have both an interior and exterior space as alternative options.
We welcome guests with disabilities who wish to bring their service animals into the theatre and public lobbies with them.
While not required, we welcome advance contact by guests who use a service animal before purchasing tickets or attending a performance.
Our goal is to be helpful so that the guest and service animal are comfortable.
Please read our service animal policy here.
