Important health & safety guidelines at The Reser
This page will be updated with current audience health and safety policy changes as they arise.
The safety of our patrons, artists, staff, and volunteers continues to be important to us. Requirements for entry will be determined by performance. Please check individual event pages for mask and vaccine requirements.
Unless noted on the event page –
The Reser strongly recommends but does not require guests to wear masks when attending Reser Presents performances.
If You Are Ill, Stay Home
We ask that you please stay home if you are sick or exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 10 days, or if you are subject to a quarantine or isolation order. For ticket exchange options, please contact the Box Office at (971) 501-7722 or email boxoffice@thereser.org.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your attendance at our performances. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from Coronavirus. Patrons should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. People who are asymptomatic can still spread Coronavirus if they are infected. Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to Coronavirus. By coming to the performance, you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent COVID-19 risks associated with attendance. Some images shown throughout this website do not represent current operational guidelines or health and safety measures such as face-covering and physical distancing requirements. By proceeding to purchase tickets, you are accepting the terms laid out in the Liability Waiver and The Reser’s COVID guidelines.
Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In alignment with the Washington County Department of Public Health’s guidelines, The Reser has implemented the following policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for our audiences, artists, and staff.
The Reser has improved air circulation and filtration across all spaces. We have a robust HVAC system, complete with MERV 14 filters. The building is flushed with outside air 8 times per hour and two hours prior to and after each performance.
The safety of our patrons, artists, and staff is of utmost importance. During the construction of the facility, changes were made to improve safety for all visitors, including improved air filtration and exchange, and touchless restroom doors. Digital tickets may be scanned directly from your mobile device. Restrooms have touchless fixtures. Program books to select performances will be available in both print and digital formats.
Hand sanitizing stations are positioned throughout The Reser.
We have developed and implemented an enhanced cleaning program using EPA-approved COVID-19 disinfectants, with expedient cleaning of the entire campus.
