Mokuhanga, or woodblock printing, is a Japanese printmaking technique that has been used by artists for centuries. Artist Kanani Miyamoto employs Mokuhanga and other techniques to create her beautiful wheat paste “printstallations.” Please join The Reser and the Beaverton Arts Program as Kanani shares her background as a printmaker, the inspiration and ideas behind the work, and demonstrates her playful style as she pulls woodblock prints.
Seating is limited and guests can reserve a FREE ticket to attend.
