Portland Youth Philharmonic’s chamber orchestra, invites you to explore an extraordinary range of rarely heard repertoire at an intimate venue on January 5, 2024!

You’ll hear incredible works spanning many cultures and centuries: Bohuslav Martinů‘s Nonet, Tomáš Svoboda‘s Folk Concertino for Seven Instruments, Antonio Vivaldi‘s Winter from The Four Seasons featuring Derek Choi, Violin, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky‘s Pezzo Capriccioso Op. 62 for Cello and Orchestra arranged by Selden featuring Sarah Lee, cello, Randy Bauer‘s House Carpenter, Kamayar Mohajer‘s Amoroso for String Orchestra, and ending with the world premiere of Bruce Stark‘s Serenade for Strings.
