    \ Ripple

As part of the 1% for art program, the city commissioned Lead Artists, Muse Atelier, to create an Art Framework to establish the foundation for the planned artworks at the PRCA and Garage, as well as make recommendations for future recommended projects. “Manufactured Landscapes” was the theme.  One of those commissioned pieces was Ribbon in The Reser Plaza.

Hall and Crescent was identified as a future opportunity and a gateway location where future public art should be considered.  Muse Atelier directed that artwork on this corner, not to detract from Ribbon but to create a cohesive experience to connect both sides of the intersection. Ripple is an extension and augmentation of Ribbon.
